  1. East's 2♥ bid is dubious - a lack of ruffing value. Likely to be a disappointing dummy for pard if they choose to compete at higher level.
    South's 2♠ looks like it should be forcing. North has a max for the 1NT, probably double stop of ♥ for NT, and 3card support for both of pard's suits. Perhaps 3♣ would be better. In this sequence probably asks for a club stop.
