X is OK but probably 1S is better given the HQ is probably of little value. West's 2D is also possibly questionable given the poor singleton CK.
The 1H opener is also at the low end, but the good suit and outside K possibly tilts the decision in favour of bidding.
At another table the bidding went: p p 1s p 2s 3h 4s ap. If u are good enough to overcall hearts at the 3 level then u should be opening. Also X is possibly better at that point. 4S seems a stretch. East has 6 losers (counting Qxx as 3 losers). pard needs to be able to cover 3 of these losers, which seems too much for a 2S bidder.
