Looks like standard bidding. But at one table North raised 2H directly to game. This seems an overbid. At another table South jumped to 3H on his 8hcp, also an overbid. This led to North then overvaluing his balanced 16hcp and tried gerber 4c/5c, signing off too high at 5H. Opposite a 10-12hcp hand north is unlikely to make slam.
