I think the bidding here should go 1C pass 3C pass 3NT. What do you think? Not what happened at my table because West got in a 2H bid which I raised to 3H . North promptly doubled and we got a bottom board.
If south bids at a lower level then west might be able to bid 2H with or without a jump say:
1C P 1D 2H or 1C P 2C 2H both are reasonable.
If west bids heart then it is ok for west to raise with three. Although I would be pessimistic about the bad shape and club honours which do not look useful on offense. I probably wouldn't raise a weak two but might raise a non-jump 2H.
