1NT 2D; 2H 2NT or 1NT 2D; 2H 3H are possible auctions. Neither is ideal. The former should show a balanced hand. The latter six spades. In my experience the latter often works better as no trumps can be dangerous with a distributional hand.
Not playing transfers there is no way to show invitational values and a five-card major.
Maybe treating it as invitational is a slight overbid.
