2D is conventional, and looks like it maybe one of those 18-22 hcp any shape types. The problems with this are a) that the 2 level is being used up for strong hand shapes whereas weaker forms are much more frequent. b) the hands don't handle interference well as u haven't told partner anything about shape. Case in point. When the bidding gets back to the 2D bidder it is at 4H.
Possibly several bids are logical alternatives to 5C. X is dependent on partnership agreement, is it TOD or penalties, do u really care? 4 NT should be for the minors.
Opening 1D with subsequent jump rebids in clubs seems to show the hand much better.
