    4NT was by North.
    2C by South seems an odd whatever the system. North has mostly shown his hand by the 3H rebid, thus there is no need to carry on when pard tries to sign off in 3NT. North has 5 losers plus a likely loser in hearts as pard is unlikely to have a doubleton. If pard can cope with all bar one of those losers then he will not be bidding 3NT.
