Some would bid 1 NT as a rebid for East. With scattered values and balancish shape it can be difficult to defend properly.
I like the table auction but I agree a 1NT rebid is possible if playing Acol (or if otherwise 15 hcp is in your range for a 1NT rebid). If opening a strong 1NT then again the above auction is possible but so is an opening of 1NT.
