I don't like much of this bidding. a) east's overcall of 2 ¨ is questionable given balanced shape and poor ª Q b) Instead of X why doesn't South tell partner they have a spade fit with 2 S? c) West has a super hand in response to a 2 ¨ overcall - why not muddy the water more with jumping, perhaps to 5 D? d) North competes with 3 S, this doesn't appear to be forcing despite having an opening hand opposite pard who opened.
