I think 3♥ is a good bid, but many would pass. Will look at this further. In fact DDA indicates game is a good bet, with 57% chance of game (even including minimum openers which will pass 3♥),while the chance of going light in 3♥ is modest (14%). Thee are a couple of reasons for this: a) 5-4 fits generally only require 23hcp for game. Plus a lot of balanced minimum openers are eliminated (as west would open 1NT), which increases the likelihood of South having a singleton which further reduces the hcp requirement
